Ed Amoroso - The Philippine Star

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines  – Four bodies, believed belonging to victims of summary executions, were found in separate areas in Amadeo and Imus, both in Cavite last Friday, police reported yesterday.

Two of the cadavers were found in Barangay Pangil-Limbong located at the boundary of Indang and Amadeo, while the two others were in Barangay Pasong Buaya 1, Imus, said Cavite police spokesperson Superintendent Albert Tapulao.

The bodies bore several gunshot wounds. Two of them were believed to have been hit by a hard object on the head before they were killed.

Tapulao said the victims could have been killed somewhere else and were dumped in Cavite to mislead the investigation.

Police have yet to identify them.
