COTABATO CITY, Philippines – Authorities on Sunday burned at least 40,000 marijuana plants they uprooted in Amai Manabilang, Lanao del Sur.
Operatives of the provincial police, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Army’s 45th Infantry Battalion raided a five-hectare marijuana farm in Barangay Mansilano with the help of community elders.
No one was arrested during the raid.
