BUTUAN CITY, Philippines – Two men suspected of kidnapping two policemen in Sitio Molo, Barangay Poblacion in Loreto, Agusan del Sur on April 14, 2013 have been arrested.
Paterno Nadong and Peter Ayala were collared when police and military operatives swooped down on their houses Monday morning.
Judge Hector Salise, executive judge of the 10th Regional Trial Court in Bayugan City issued the warrants for the arrest of Nadong and Ayala for robbery and kidnapping with serious illegal detention on Dec. 5, 2014. No bail was recommended.
