2 men found dead in Laguna

LAGUNA, Philippines – Two men were found dead near a farm in Barangay Vicente, San Pablo City yesterday morning, police said.

The bodies of Jeremy Macaraig and Ryan Abalahon were found, with ropes tied around their necks and a placard identifying them as chicken thieves, by villagers at 7:30 a.m., according to Superintendent Ericson Dilag, San Pablo City police chief.

Police said the victims could have been hanged before their bodies were dumped along the road.
