MANILA, Philippines - A magnitude-3.8 earthquake rocked Masbate City in Masbate yesterday, but no damage or injury was reported, state seismologists said.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the tremor occurred at 6:02 a.m. with its epicenter located some 43 kilometers southeast of the city.
Phivolcs said the tremor was not expected to generate aftershocks.
