PDEA Director General Arturo Cacdac Jr. identified the suspects as Police Officer 1 Darwin Maputi of Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City and Arsad Ayunan, a native of Banggolo, Marawi City.

Maputi, 35, is assigned at the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office-Police Station 2.

Operatives of PDEA Regional Office 10 in collaboration with elements of the City Intelligence Branch-Cagayan de Oro City Police Office, arrested Ayunan after he was caught selling a sachet of shabu to a poseur-buyer in Barangay 34 around 1 p.m. on Sunday.

Maputi, who happened to be in the immediate vicinity, was also arrested.
