Explosives found at NAIA-3 parking lot
MANILA, Philippines — Four suspects were arrested early Monday after authorities discovered a vehicle carrying explosives at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal (NAIA) 3.
Agents of the National Bureau of Investigation nabbed the unnamed men said to have parked a white Toyota SUV containing several suspected bombs, gasoline and powder at the terminal's open parking lot around 1:45 a.m, airport authorities said in a radio report.
The entire airport, including the three other terminals, were placed under full alert following the incident.
