BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines – Cebu Pacific Air has increased from three to four per week its flights between Manila and Cauayan City in Isabela.
Candice Iyog, Cebu Pacific Air vice president for marketing and distribution, said the additional flight schedule is every Saturday.
It will depart Manila at 9:35 a.m. and the return flight will leave Cauayan at 11:30 a.m.
Iyog said the new schedule is in addition to the airway’s Cauayan-Manila flights every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, which depart Manila at 9:20 a.m. The return flight leaves Cauayan at 10:55 a.m.
One of Isabela’s three cities, Cauayan, which takes at least seven hours to reach from Manila by land, is becoming one of Northern Luzon’s leading commercial hubs.
Iyog said the additional flight schedule would further stimulate travel and trade as well tourism in the city and surrounding areas.
“Travel time on our flights is approximately 55 minutes (from Manila to Cauayan), allowing guests to maximize their weekends, business trips or vacations here,” she said.
