List of areas to be hit by storm surges

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Typhoon Glenda will soon traverse through Luzon and spawn big waves akin to tsunamis.

A storm surge is "an abnormal rise of water generated by a storm over and above the tide level. The surge height refers to the height of water above the sea level at the time of the storm surge peak."

The science department's Project NOAH predicts the following areas will be affected with storm surges of 2 to 3.5 meters or 6 to  9.8 feet.
