Albay teacher wins P17.9-M lotto pot

MANILA, Philippines - A 35-year-old teacher from Albay has claimed the P17.9-million jackpot of the 6/42 regular lotto draw last June 28, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said.

Jose Ferdinand Rojas II, acting PCSO chairman, said the teacher, who is still single, plans to buy a house and lot and a car and deposit the rest of his winnings after getting the number combination of 1-4-6-18-27-29 which had a jackpot of P17,962,256.
