MANILA, Philippines - Motorcycle-riding gunmen shot dead a radio broadcaster in Digos City, Friday morning.
Police said Samuel Oliverio of the Mindanao Broadcasting Network was on his way to the public market on Del Pilar Street, when he was ambushed by two gunmen on a motorcycle.
Oliverio was shot twice in the head.
Police were determining whether Oliverio's killing was work-related.
