ILOILO, Philippines – Two passengers were killed and 23 others were hurt when their jeepney fell off a cliff in Passi City yesterday morning, authorities said.
Paterno Padillo, 60, was declared dead on arrival while Rodalyn Quitane, 36, died while undergoing treatment at the Don Valerio Palmares Sr. District Hospital in Passi City, said Superintendent Hector Maestral of Passi City.
