Smart rocks Bangus Festival

MANILA, Philippines - Now on its 14th year promoting Dagupan City in Pangasinan, the Bangus Festival is drawing thousands of visitors who can feast on milkfish recipes. This year’s highlights include the Bangusan street party on April 30, which will feature over 1,000 grills lined up on De Venecia Highway.

Smart prepaid is hosting live band performances and a rave party, while offering exclusive perks to subscribers. Filipino alternative rock band Rocksteddy is headlining the free Smart “Live All Out” concert on Stage 7, along with a strong line-up of local bands. DJ Elmer Dado will keep the crowd on their feet until midnight with the latest beats.

Concert-goers will get a free drink at the Smart Mobile Bar when they load up P60 on their mobile phones. Until April 30, Smart subscribers loading up P60 in designated Smart hot spots will also get a free beer in partner establishments in Dagupan such as Quattro Bar & Grill, Padi’s Point and Music Warehouse, among others.

Festival-goers will also be in for a sensory treat as Smart prepared sky lanterns and confetti blasts, as well as a foam machine and a gigantic beach ball for the crowd to toss throughout the night.
