Tocino seller nabbed in Baguio City drugs bust

BAGUIO CITY, Philippines – Anti-narcotics agentis arrested a tocino seller for allegedly doubling as a drugs peddler based in this city.

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) identified the suspect as Spencer Monzon Cabuco, 40, district supervisor of Pampanga's Best Inc. and a resident of Barangay Irisan.

The PDEA said its agents arrested Cabuco in a buy-bust operation in Barangay San Luis last March 27.

Sezied from the suspect was a plastic sachet containing .5 gram of shabu, which has a street value of P3,000.

The agency said Cabuco is includec in the list of target drug personalities in the city.
