Good weather expected until end of the month

MANILA, Philippines - Put your sunglasses on because sunny days  are ahead.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration on Friday said fair weather will continue to prevail in most parts of the country until the weekend, according to the Philippine News Agency.

PAGASA Weather forecaster Gener Quitlong said that aside from possible afternoon or evening rains due to localized thunderstorms or convections.

Quitlong however said the PAGASA expects at least one storm to enter the Philippine area of responsibility in April.

During the summer season, temperature may soar up to 37 degrees Celsius in the coming days.

The hottest temperature ever recorded in the country was in Tuguegarao, Cagayan at 42.2 degrees Celsius on May 11, 1969.
