P.8-M shabu seized in Iloilo

ILOILO CITY, Philippines - – Another big volume of shabu – 100 grams worth at least P800,000 – was seized in a buy-bust operation here on Monday afternoon.

Paul Ledesma, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Region 6 director, said a certain Orlando Prado, 38, and Michael Capero, 25, a taxi driver, were arrested while their companion, a certain Joe, managed to elude arrest.

Ledesma said Prado and Capero were reportedly working for a drug dealer in Barangay Bakhaw, Mandurriao district.

Last Nov. 27, PDEA seized P2 million worth of shabu in Oton, Iloilo.
