MANILA, Philippines - The state weather bureau on Saturday said the tail-end of a cold front is expected to affect Southern Luzon.
In a weather forecast issued earlier today, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Mimaropa, Bicol Region and the province of Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thuderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, the Ilocos Region, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley and Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers.
The rest of the country will be partly clpoudy to cloudy with isoldated rainshowers or thuderstorms.
"Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will pevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough," PAGASA added.
