BUTUAN CITY, Philippines – An American man filed a complaint against a foreman of a construction site for allegedly beating him up in this city on Friday.
Roy Olsen, 47, told the city police that Ciriaco Caballes, 62, beat him up after he confronted him about the noise coming from the construction site near his apartment in Barangay Libertad.
Olsen said he sought medical treatment for the injuries he suffered from the incident.
