MANILA, Philippines - Three more people, including a baby, have been confirmed killed due to floods caused by heavy rains from July until August, the government's disaster response agency reported Saturday.

The three fatalities were identified as Baby Malumpil, Faty Malumpil and two-year-old Emran Guiamin, residents of Mother Kabuntalan, Maguindanao.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said that the three latest fatalities died from drowning.
