1 dead, 4 hurt in Agusan mishap

MANILA, Philippines - A woman was killed while four others were wounded when their tricycle collided with a passenger jeepney in Carmen, Agusan del Norte over the weekend.

Adelina Morgado died while being taken to the hospital along with tricycle driver Dennis Castolome, 40, and his passengers Rita Lupac, 44; Lucilita Juanico, 54; and Roy Morgado, 56, all of Santiago town.

Investigators said the tricycle was traveling the highway in Barangay Poblacion when it hit the jeepney driven by Gerry Granza.
