LAGUNA, Philippines – Three of four inmates who bolted the municipal jail in Pagsanjan town last Tuesday morning are now back in police custody.
Chief Superintendent Benito Estipona, Calabarzon police director, said car theft suspect Joven Tagunicar was the first re-arrested following the jailbreak. The following day, drug suspects Richard Lacbay and Kenneth Marcos were recaptured in Pagsanjan.
Still at large is Michael Baldemeca, who is facing charges of illegal possession of firearms, Estipona said.
