Another suspect in Dutch national’s slay arrested

ANGELES CITY , Philippines   â€“ Police are now holding a second suspect in the 2010 gun slaying of a Dutch national in Barangay Balibago here, leaving only a third one at large.

Senior Superintendent Eden Ugale, acting city police chief, said Francis Urbano, 29, tagged in the killing of Hans Shiepkamp, was arrested last Sunday at a checkpoint in the Balibago commercial district.

Another suspect, Jomer Ocaya, 35, was arrested last year. Still at large is Wilbert Corre.
