Motorcycle rider killed by stray bullet in QC

Two men riding on a motorcycle Tuesday accidentally shot and killed another motorcycle rider in Quezon City.

A radio report said that the victim Danilo Delantar was not the target of the suspects during a chase in Barangay Payatas around 6:15 a.m.

Bystanders said the triggerman, who was wearing a helmet, was firing on the target on the corner of Empire Street and Payatas Road when a stray bullet hit Delantar, who was then in the area, the report added.
