TUGUEGARAO CITY , Philippines – A burst tire sent a passenger jeepney rolling over along the national highway in Gattaran, Cagayan, leaving 19 people, including nine minors, injured, police said.
The jeepney had come from adjoining Lasam town when it met the accident. Driver Rony Naporay, 28, was taken in police custody.
