BACOLOD CITY, Philippines – Eleven of the 13 inmates who bolted the Sagay City District Jail last week have either surrendered or were re-arrested, authorities said.

Senior Superintendent Ricardo de la Paz, acting Negros Occidental police director, said escapees Richard Dacal-Dacal, 28, and Resty Dacal-Dacal, 22, both cousins, were the last ones recaptured. They were collared at Hacienda Maricor in Barangay Malubon, Sagay City yesterday afternoon.

Still at large are inmates Eric Cordero and Marlon Bandaja. Police have offered a P100,000 cash reward for each escapee re-arrested.
