MANILA, Philippines - West Zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services Inc. is spending P166.5 million for the construction of a 10-million liter per day (MLD) pumping station in Bacoor City, Cavite.
Once completed, the facility, to be put up along Molino Boulevard, is expected to increase water pressure to 6,990 households in Bacoor and provide water to an additional 13,159 households.
“Through this infrastructure investment, we hope to enrich the lives of our current and future customers in the south,†Maynilad president and chief operating officer Ricky Vargas said.
Vargas said Maynilad will invest this year P7.63 billion to improve and extend its services in Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas and Cavite.
