Police seek help to locate missing boys

Mike Frialde - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The Taguig City Police on Wednesday asked the public for help in locating two boys who went missing last week.

Taguig City Police chief, Senior Superintendent Art Asis said Dayne Buenaflor, 3, and James Naraga, 4, were last seen walking at the Seabreeze Resort in Barangay San Miguel.

“It is possible that the boys could have just gotten lost. We are still treating this a case of missing persons,” said Asis.

Asis said they have received tips of the boys being seen in Rizal province and in Manila. But Asis said these have turned up negative.

According to Asis, it is most unlikely that the boys have been abducted as there was no reported commotion before they disappeared.

“It is most likely that they were taken by person or persons who might have thought that they were lost,” he said.

Asis is urging the public to immediately contact the Taguig City Police at 0921-757-8977 should the missing boys be seen. Mike Frialde
