MANILA, Philippines - A grandson and namesake of the late comedy king Dolphy and a companion were arrested for possession of illegal drugs during a police raid in Sta. Cruz, Laguna Tuesday morning.

Police said Rodolfo Quizon III, 29, and Jay-ar Salac, 28, yielded eight grams of marijuana and 16 tablets of Valium, a regulated drug, and various drug paraphernalia during a raid on Quizon’s house in Barangay Palasan, Sta. Cruz.

Senior Superintendent Pascual Muñoz, Laguna police director, said the raiding team composed of Sta. Cruz policemen and elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency was armed with a search warrant issued by Judge Agripino Morga of Regional Trial Court Branch 32.
