Korean nabbed for forcing 2 girls into drugs, sex

MANILA, Philippines - Police arrested a Korean who allegedly forced two teenage girls into using drugs and having sex with him in Angeles City.

The suspect, Kim Caben, was caught inside a room at Avante Hotel along Volga Street, Riverside Subdivision, Barangay Anunas, along with two 16-year-old girls.

Police said that a civilian agent tipped them about the activities of Caben inside the hotel last March 6.

Found inside Caben's room were a transparent plastic sachet of shabu weighing more or less 0.06 grams; a partially opened plastic sachet of shabu weighing more or less 0.02 grams; two syringes; and a used syringe.

Police also seized the suspect's brown Hyundai Santa Fe (BEU-573) where two more plastic sachets of shabu were found.'

Meanwhile, the two rescued girls were brought to the office of the Women and Children Protection Desk. The girls' parents and guardians have filed separate criminal cases against Caben.
