SOLCOM has new commander

LUCENA CITY, Philippines – Maj. Gen. Caesar Ronnie Ordoyo assumed his post yesterday as acting Southern Luzon Command (SOLCOM) chief.

Maj. Gen. Nonato Alfredo Peralta turned over the post to Ordoyo at the change of command ceremony held at Camp Guillermo Nakar here.

Ordoyo, a graduate of Philippine Military Academy Class of 1980 was commander of the 6th Infantry Division in Awang, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao before his designation as SOLCOM commander.
