LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines   â€“ Authorities dug up the bodies of two more communist rebels believed killed by their comrades, in Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte Saturday afternoon.

Col. Richard Lagraña, commander of the Army’s 902nd Infantry Brigade, said soldiers and policemen exhumed the skeletal remains in the “killing fields” of the New People’s Army (NPA) in Barangay Dahican, Jose Panganiban town.

Earlier, the remains of another NPA member, Juanito Hirang, were dug up in Barangay Old Camp, Capalonga town.

Lagraña said Hirang was tortured and killed in July 2004, and the two others, one of them identified as Allan Quibral, in 2005.
