Cotabato blast survivor to file charges

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Philippines – A lawyer, who survived a bomb explosion in Tubod, Lanao del Norte last Feb. 4, is considering filing charges against its perpetrators.

Yusop Omar said he is just waiting for the police to finish its investigation into the incident. He was with former Salvador, Lanao del Norte mayor Johnny Tawantawan when the explosion occurred.
