ILOILO CITY, Philippines – Two 18-year-olds here have been added to the growing list of election gun ban offenders in the Western Visayas.
This, as Clyde Edez and Kant Yturriaga were arrested in possession of a .38-caliber revolver after they tried to rob a 20-year-old pedestrian in front of the Gaisano Capital mall on Monday night.
