CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga , Philippines – Three suspected members of “Hukbong Mapagpalayang Bayan,†a breakaway group of the New People’s Army were arrested during separate raids on their houses in Pampanga on Thursday.
Chief Superintendent Edgardo Ladao, Police Regional Office-3 director, identified those arrested as Arman Maniago alias “Ka Arman,†a resident of Barangay Telepayong and Renato Gutierrez and Romeo Gutierrez, of Barangay Candading in Arayat, Pampanga.
Several firearms and ammunition were seized from the suspects.
