2 killed, 2 hurt in Isabela motorcycle mishap

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – Two persons were killed while two others were hurt when their motorcycles collided in Barangay Pangal, Echague, Isabela yesterday.

Isabela police chief investigator Superintendent Vicente Valdez identified the fatalities as Jason Oligario, 17, a resident of Barangay Villa Fermin and Reymel Ramos, 20, of Barangay Soyung.

The driver of the other motorcycle, Nolie Baras, 22, and his brother, Ronie, 24 sustained minor injuries.

Initial reports stated that Oligario’s motorcycle hit the other motorcycle when it swerved to the opposite lane to avoid rocks scattered along the highway.
