Teen in boy's New Year revelry shooting nabbed

Thick smog covers a suburb of Manila, Philippines in the early morning of the New Year on Tuesday Jan. 1, 2013. Fireworks during revelries contributed to the heavy smog as many Filipinos still welcome the New Year with fireworks despite a government drive to steer Filipinos away from this tradition which has caused yearly injuries and deaths.
