Sugarcane farm burned in Isabela

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – At least two hectares of sugarcane farm were allegedly burned by people claiming the tract of land in Barangay Villa Pereda, Delfin Albano, Isabela last Sunday.

Provincial Police Director Senior Superintendent Franklin Mabanag said Tomas Pascual, a resident of the adjacent town of Tumauini, owned the plantation.
