Raymund Catindig - The Philippine Star

ILAGAN CITY, Philippines – An altercation over garbage led to the killing of a 63-year-old retiree in Barangay Bayubay, San Vicente, Ilocos Sur last Saturday.

Reports showed that Mario Reprima, a retired employee of the Ilocos Sur Electric Cooperative, had a heated argument with his neighbor, Nestor Catacutan, 44, for scolding the latter’s wife for throwing garbage in their place.
