COTABATO CITY, Philippines – Police arrested a confessed member of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement (BIFM) led by Ameril Umbra Kato after setting off an improvised explosive at the Tacurong City public market yesterday morning, the fifth explosion to rock the area since October.
No one was reported killed or hurt in the bombing pulled off by Abdul Usman, alias Obing.
