4 bus employees rapped for beating up boy, 12

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines– Four employees of a bus company are facing child abuse charges before the Department of Justice for beating up a 12-year-old high school student here this week.

Charged were Melvin Camua, Erwin Bagasin, Erwin Ilovino and Rogelio Oamil, all employees of the Florida Bus Liner.

According to reports, the boy, along with some companions, hurled a stone at a passing Florida bus, enraging the four suspects who alighted and took turns slapping and hitting him.
