3 dead, 1 hurt in Albay mishap

LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines  – At least three persons died on the spot while another was critically injured when their car rammed a concrete post of a telephone company in Barangay Rawis here last Saturday night, police said.

Killed in the mishap were car driver Voltaire Salcedo, 30; his cousin Andrew Salcedo, 17; and Junnie Borromeo, 16. Seriously hurt was Nico Paje, 17.  - Cet Dematera, Alexis Romero, Cecille Suerte Felipe
