NTC opens assistance center in Western Visayas

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) has launched the One Stop Public Assistance Center (OSPAC) in Western Visayas to encourage the public to lodge their complaints and inquiries on the delivery of services by telecom utility companies.

NTC-Western Visayas director Nestor Antonio Monroy said common complaints include “nakaw load” or disappearing prepaid credits, disputed billings, blocked calls, and unscrupulous practices of cell phone dealers and repair shops.

OSPAC officer-in-charge Dygee Gallega said cases which they cannot address are forwarded to the concerned companies for immediate action.
