BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya , Philippines – An outbreak of hepatitis A has been declared in the town of Kabugao in Apayao after 19 residents tested positive for the disease.
The provincial health office said most of the patients were students from Lourdes High School in the town’s Poblacion.
