Cotabato's 3rd most wanted surrenders

KIDAPAWAN CITY, Philippines  – The third most wanted person in North Cotabato surrendered to authorities Sunday.

Juland Pabelona, who is wanted for a string of heinous offenses, turned himself in through the intercession of his wife and Chief Inspector Elmer Guevarra of the provincial Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.

Pabelona moved from one town to another after his last criminal offense more than a year ago, when he allegedly stabbed dead a neighbor in Kidapawan City before robbing the victim.

The negotiations for Pabelona’s surrender started Friday, Gueverra said.
