MANILA, Philippines - After 17 years of playing the lotto, a 38-year-old engineer from Batangas finally hit the June 15 jackpot of the 6/45 Mega Lotto online game, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said yesterday.
Jose Ferdinand Rojas II, PCSO general manager, said the lucky player, who works as a plant engineer, bought the winning ticket with the lucky combination of 36-1-13-28-3-15, which carried a jackpot of P67,152,445.20, from a lotto outlet in Angeles City.
