BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines – Ifugaos, the keepers of the renowned Rice Terraces, are celebrating their province’s 46th founding anniversary starting tomorrow, with a grand cultural parade in the capital town of Lagawe.
Carmelita Buyuccan, who chairs this year’s festivities dubbed “Gotad Ad Ifugao 2012,” said all the province’s 11 towns are participating in the five-day celebration leading to the foundation day on June 22.
