BUTUAN CITY ,Philippines – A Civilian Active Auxiliary (CAA) member was shot dead in Agusan del Sur Sunday night.
A report from the Agusan del Sur Provincial Police Office identified the victim as Zaldy Tapid of the CAA unit of the 23rd Infantry Battalion of the Army based in Barangay Noli, Bayugan City.
Tapid suffered gunshot wounds in the head. The gunman remains unidentified.
