7 injured in Agusan road mishap

BUTUAN CITY, Philippines – A businessman and his wife and five other people, including three minors, sustained serious injuries when the vehicle they were riding rolled over along the national highway in Nasipit, Agusan del Norte last Thursday, police said. 

Police said the passengers of the vehicle driven by businessman Felipe Jose Woo Paderranga, 52, were headed toward this city from Cagayan de Oro City when they met the accident along a curved portion of the highway.

Police said the victims suffered head and body injuries and were rushed to the Nasipit District Hospital.
