- Dino Balabo -

SAN RAFAEL, Bulacan, Philippines  –This agricultural town has attracted over P500-million investments from at least four companies this year.

Mayor Lorna Silverio said among the companies is Sutherland Corp. that will invest at least P100 million at the San Rafael Information Technology Center in Barangay Tambubong.

“They will establish a call center, that’s why they need at least 2,000 new employees,” Silverio said.

Asian Grains Corp. invested P300 million in Barangay Pantubig, while AAIN, a Korean garments exporting company, invested over P100 million and started operations with 700 new workers.
