VILLASIS, Pangasinan ,Philippines – Three persons, including a policeman and a four-year-old girl, were shot by unidentified suspects during a birthday party in Barangay Barangobong in this town Sunday night.
The victims were identified as PO3 Dindo Abella, 32; Jennifer Manzano, four; and Melvin Libao, 24.
Abella and Libao with the other guests were having a drinking spree when an unidentified gunman fired at them. The suspect immediately fled.
